LAUREL Blemish Treatment is a very unique three in one product, which is designed to address acne & breakouts in several different ways:  by effectively healing & treating the breakout, by reducing stress, & by energetically supporting self concern. All plants were carefully chosen to address inflammation, create a  healthy flora/microbe balance, & prevent scarring.

This medicinal Blemish Treatment packs a powerful punch, starting with its two base oils of Black Cumin & Tamanu – two oils historically & clinically used for their treatment of acne & inflammation – both with zero tolerance for an imbalanced microbiome.  The essential oils in this treatment not only physically stop breakouts in their tracks, like Thyme which has been proven to be more effective at treating acne than Benzoyl Peroxide without harming healthy skin flora, but also aromatically reduce stress levels & encourage the pituitary gland to balance hormone states throughout the body.  Stress affects all hormone levels, & it is essential to manage stress fin order to maintain healthy skin. The other essential oils in this formula, Lavender & Moroccan Blue Chamomile will gently lull you into a state of calm, as well as calm your skin, & Helichrysum is a powerful scar reducer which will also help prevent breakouts in the first place, making a more timely impression on your skin.  Lastly, it's important to energetically embrace any challenges you (or your skin) are currently facing.  We chose plants that encourage self love & self acceptance throughout the healing process.

Black Cumin Seed Oil – This uniquely nutritious oil is very effective against acne bacterial strains, while also being highly anti-inflammatory. Its anti-inflammatory benefits are specific to acne and even allergies (which often also play a role in acne formation).

Tamanu Oil – There is no replacement for the deep cool green Tamanu oil, which is a sacred ancient plant medicine of the tropics. It is anti-inflammatory, wound healing, antibacterial, stimulates skin immunity, and has a unique phytonutrient profile specific to skin healing and scar prevention and repair.

Thyme – Earthy Thyme essential oil has been proven to be more effective at treating acne than Benzoyl Peroxide without harming healthy skin flora. It restores balance to our delicate microbiome.

German Blue Chamomile – Azulene rich German Chamomile is a cooling and potent anti-inflammatory plant. It calms and soothes the skin and offers instant relief.
