Janice Lee aka J.Lee began her career specializing in the John Sahag DRY cutting method. Her skills include fine, detailed bleach-free highlighting, natural low-maintenance organic color and voluminous silky blowouts. J.Lee has been passionate about the art of hair design for over 20 years. Like a painter with a palette, she loves to create organic color formulas uniquely developed for each client. Carisa has Vidal Sassoon formal training. As an Organic Color Specialist, she meticulously identifies the perfect shade to complement each client's need, with an expertise in ‘California blonde’. Carisa is certified in the Pura Luxe Smoothing System, a non-toxic alternative to the traditional keratin treatment. Pura Luxe provides frizz-free shine and overall healthier hair.
