We hosted a girls night at Roots and couldn't be happier with how it turned out! We weren't fully sure what to expect (it was our first event at a beauty lounge type spot) but the Roots team went above and beyond what we imagined.
Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating! We had a relatively large party too (12 of us) and every one of the girls left there feeling refreshed and excited about a new favorite beauty spot! This group consists of mainly hard working moms who rarely take a moment for themselves. A night out like this is a rare treat and we're so happy we spent it at Roots.
The icing is that this upscale gem has very reasonable prices and that's because Laura truly cares for her clients. You sense it from the moment you set foot in the shop - you're not a customer but a friend getting tips from a pro.
