Designed by a naturopathic doctor, the Breast Castor Oil Packs are made with an inner 100% organic cotton layer that touches the skin, an outer less-mess layer of polypropylene, and a button/elastic to attach the packs inside a bra of your choice easily.

Breast Castor Oil Packs may help support circulation, lymphatic drainage, breast pain, chapped nipples, mastitis, fibrocystic breasts, breast tenderness and more.

Pour 1–2 tablespoons of Castor Oil onto the soft side of each pack. Spread the oil evenly, avoiding over-saturation.

Place & Secure Your Pack

Position the Breast Packs over each breast with the soft cotton side against your skin. Adjust the button and elastic for a secure, comfortable fit that provides gentle coverage without applying pressure.

Wear & Relax

Wear your Breast Packs for at least 1 hour or overnight for optimal results. Take this time to relax, meditate, read, or simply enjoy a moment of stillness.

Care Instructions

Wash the packs as needed, following the care instructions. For best performance, replace the inserts every 2–3 months.
