Apply a small drop to each nostril using a clean fingertip to moisturize and refresh dry nasal passages.
Alternatively, apply to a slightly damp cotton swab and gently anoint the inside of the nostrils.
For traditional nasya use, tilt your head back and place 1–2 drops into each nostril, then gently inhale.
May be applied around the neck glands, ears, and cheekbones to support aromatic comfort.
