Keep your mask in the fridge or freezer, place the cold mask over your eyes. Then press firmly with index fingers on the outside of the mask over the metal studs located on the temple area. Next press on the metal studs located on the arch of the eye brows. Lastly, press on the middle stud with the right index finger.
