Apply a small amount of Tooth & Gum Support directly to the desired area using a dental pick, cotton swab, dental floss or clean fingertip.

**Dental Pick:** Scoop up a small amount of the gel and gently work it between the teeth or apply directly to the desired area.

**Cotton Swab:** Scoop a small amount onto the swab, apply directly to the area and allow the swab to rest against it briefly.

**Dental Floss:** Lightly coat the floss with the gel and gently slide between the teeth.

**Fingertip:** For a simple alternative, apply a small amount with a clean finger and gently massage onto the desired area of the gums.
