After cleansing, gently towel-dry or squeeze excess water from the hair to prevent diluting the treatment.

Scoop a generous amount into your hand and gently rub between your palms to distribute the product. Massage thoroughly through the hair, concentrating on weak, damaged or fragile areas.

Leave on for several minutes to allow the proteins, amino acids and nourishing ingredients time to absorb. For a more intensive treatment, leave on longer or use with a treatment cap to encourage absorption.

Rinse thoroughly and style as usual.

For an overnight intensive treatment, apply as directed and leave on overnight before thoroughly rinsing from the hair.
