What is oil pulling?
Oil pulling is an ancient oral hygiene practice that involves swishing oil throughout the mouth to help draw out unwanted toxins, bacteria, and debris—supporting improved oral health and overall well-being.

How to use:

• Vigorously swish 1–2 teaspoons of the oil around the mouth, teeth, gums, and upper throat for 5 to 20 minutes

• The oil may begin as a liquid but can thicken as it binds with impurities

• Spit the oil into a trash can (not the sink)

• Rinse thoroughly with water and brush teeth afterward
