HOW TO USE:
Apply Active Smooth to a buffed, filed, and prepped nail without a base or top coat. Depending on your desired effect, add more layers: one for a natural look and two or more for a more pronounced effect. Allow to air-dry for a few seconds. Active Smooth can be removed using a gentle nail polish.
