Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

• In an effort to reduce waste on our beautiful planet, we reuse & repurpose all of our packing supplies. 
• Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 24-48 business hours.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.
• If there is a delay in your shipment, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you right away via email or telephone.
• If you order more than one item, and one or more of your items are back-ordered, your in-stock item(s) will be held until your back-ordered item(s) become available.
• ROOTS can only ship to addresses in the U.S.A.
